I’m deeply passionate about helping teens discover and embrace their true selves. My mission is to empower young individuals to become who they aspire to be, reminding them that they are more than any diagnosis or label that may have been placed upon them. I specialize in guiding teens through a transformative journey, helping them navigate from where they are now to where they envision themselves.

Currently, I’m on a path to further my expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in psychoactive pharmaceuticals. My dreams include becoming a psychologist and establishing a wellness center that seamlessly integrates life coaching, therapy, and somatic therapy, all tailored to the unique needs of individuals, including teenagers and adults of all ages. Through this holistic approach, I aim to assist teens in aligning their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In the words of John Lennon, “I get by with a little help from my friends.” I wholeheartedly believe that support and guidance from compassionate individuals can be a transformative force in teenagers’ lives. Let me be that friend and mentor to help teens on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.

My top areas of expertise

I help teens develop the skills to manage their mental and emotional well-being through mindfulness, spirituality, positive self-talk, and healing tools.

Mindfulness

Through mindfulness techniques, we can work together to effectively manage anxiety and depression, finding a sense of peace even during life's most challenging moments. By exploring mindfulness, teens can develop valuable tools to enhance their mental and emotional well-being, bringing balance and clarity to their lives.

Spiritual Well-Being:

Nurturing spirituality can be a powerful source of strength and resilience, especially when facing difficult times. I specialize in helping teens create a spiritual regimen that aligns with their unique values and beliefs. This journey can give them a profound sense of purpose and inner peace, allowing them to navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and understanding.

Positive Self-Talk & Healing

Together, we'll help teens cultivate a positive inner dialogue, explore their inner world, and identify patterns contributing to challenges. Through therapeutic journaling and tailored affirmations, we'll equip them with the holistic tools needed to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, fostering healing, growth, and hope.

Our Success Stories

"OMG, the teen mentor program is seriously awesome! It's a fantastic chance for teens to connect with older mentors who can share their wisdom and experiences. They provide guidance, support, and help us navigate through the challenges of adolescence. Plus, it's super inspiring to see how these mentors have overcome obstacles and achieved their goals. It's like having a cool older sibling who's always there to cheer you on and help you grow. I'm totally in love with this program! 🌟👏"

"My son A.J. struggled with time management and staying on task. After working with his mentor in the Evergreen Teens program, he has made significant improvements. He is now able to motivate himself, get his schoolwork done on time, and stay on task. He has also started going to bed earlier and talking about his future career goals. I highly recommend the Evergreen Mentorship Teens Program to families with teens. It's extremely beneficial, not just to the teen, but their parents, even teachers."
