- Active Ohio Mental Health License (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, or IMFT)
- At least 1 year of clinical counseling experience

Evergreen Mentorship’s program is fully covered by Ohio Medicaid plans (CareSource, Buckeye, and others), so services are free for clients and reimbursed for providers.
