We work to ensure that you feel well supported. Our role is to establish trust with the community members we serve. This allows us to work with clients in a partnership capacity where we help you achieve your goals. Often, we know the answers to our questions. Our mentors can provide you with guidance and advice on how to implement those answers.
To qualify for our free mentorship program, you must be 18 years old or older, live in Ohio, and have CareSource, Buckeye, or another type of Medicaid health insurance. If that’s you, please follow this link and fill out the form.
